The adult obstacle courses have been around for time where hundreds of people turn up at a local park and challenge themselves to run and overcome various obstacles around the course.
However it’s not just adults that want to join in the fun which most courses prevent children from joining them. Radical Run has turned the whole tradition on it’s head by only allowing children to join.
The events are designed exclusively for 5 to 14 year olds. Obstacles are set over a 3km course, with an emphasis on having fun! No clocks counting down your progress, children can take their own time to navigate the course.
